North Delta Title Company Inc. is a law firm and title company organized by Attorneys, Larry Mullens and Kirby Price, who joined forces in March of '94 to establish the Mullens-Price Law Firm and North Delta Title Company. It was the beginning of a professional corporation dedicated to assisting individuals, lenders and realtors with all the stringent legalities associated with real estate transactions. The location of our business is considered of prime importance to both principals, and 2005 saw the beginning of a satellite office in West Monroe, operating under the doing-business name of Title West.
We are the largest title company in Northeast Louisiana, employing 13 people full-time, in addition to the attorneys, Mullens and Price. North Delta prides itself on having knowledgeable, dedicated professionals who realize the importance of doing a quality job. Our experience, coupled with the experience of our staff, ensures that our clients will have no surprises down the road.
We have an extensive title bank on site at the Monroe location. This data base originally was two separate plants started in 1985, which merged into one very large title bank when North Delta Title Company was established in 1994.
