JUDY LYTLE is a 34-year veteran in the real estate and legal fields. She has been with the company since its inception in 1994, and has been legal assistant to Kirby Price since 1982. Her responsibilities include reviewing abstracts and preparing curative documents required to clear title, preparation of title commitments and title insurance policies, preparation of closing documents and closing commercial and residential property transactions, as well as interim construction loans. She is experienced in the preparation of closing documents and closing SBA 504 loans, as well as loan transactions for Louisiana Federal Land Bank Association. She is also experienced in 1031 exchange transactions, bond for deed transactions, and owner financing. Judy also handles the monthly client billing and posting of accounts receivable for the company. She has been a duly commissioned Louisiana Notary Public since 1986.

SAVANNAH JONES has worked for North Delta Title Company Inc. since its inception in 2009 She greets the clientele of North Delta Title Company, opens orders and sets up files, distributes the mail and faxes, fields all phone calls, archives closed loans and archives abstracts and handles general office duties for the loan processors.

She has been a duly commissioned Louisiana Notary Public since 1986.

| CHRISTINA FUSSELL is the Post Closing Funding Manager for North Delta Title Company. She has been with the firm for 10 years and came to North Delta with two years of banking experience. She funds closed files and handles escrow services. It is her job to insure that all transfer documents are correctly and timely filed in the appropriate parishes, that the title insurance policy is typed correctly and contains all vital information from the abstract, that all lender packages for closed loans are timely banked meeting all lender requirements. Her monthly and yearly duties include title insurance reports, payment of real estate property taxes and the yearly 1099 reports.

| CLAY RASCO is our runner EXTRORDINAIRE. He has been with North Delta for nine years. He is the one that makes it possible for us to payoff loans timely and get all the end-of-the-month filings and bank deposits made timely. He is fast as greased lightening and we love him.

| DONNA TAYLOR is a 36 year veteran in the real estate and legal fields. Her job entails paralegal assistance and legal research; review of title abstracts; clearing requirements for clear title; preparation and closing of commercial and residential mortgage real estate transactions. She is a specialist in all areas of probate, tutorship, foreclosure, quieting tax title, formation of companies, LLC’s and partnerships and also formation of condominiums. She is responsible for maintaining Mullens Price LLC client billing, and balancing all North Delta Title loan funding checking accounts. She is a qualified Louisiana Notary Public for Richland Parish, Louisiana. She administers all areas of office maintenance including licenses and renewals, insurance and renewals, office equipment, computer support, office supplies and all other maintenance areas required to maintain a successful business.

| JAN LEPP is in-house Accountant for North Delta Title Company. She provides accounting and payroll services for North Delta Title Co. , Inc. as well as Mullens Price LLC. She has worked in the field of Accounting for 25+ years specializing in payroll, financial statement reporting, and all areas of monthly accounting. She has been a duly commissioned Louisiana Notary Public since 1990.

She joined the North Delta Title Team in 2005 as a post closing specialist and is the Post Closing Funding Manager for North Delta Title Company's West Monroe Branch, Title West. She funds closed files and handles escrow services. It is her job to insure that all transfer documents are correctly and timely filed in the appropriate parishes, that the title insurance policy is typed correctly and contains all vital information from the abstract, that all lender packages for closed loans are timely banked meeting all lender requirements. She one of North Delta's loan processors and is presently training to close loans.
