Kirby O. Price

Kirby O. Price was born June 18, 1949, in Olla, Louisiana, and has resided in Monroe, Louisiana for more than 40 years.

He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, in 1971 and earned his MBA from ULM in 1972. He graduated from Louisiana State University Law School in 1978 earning a Juris Doctorate.

He has practiced law in Monroe since 1978, focusing on his real estate law practice. Mr. Price is a member of the American Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, and the Fourth District Bar Association. He is a certified real estate instructor by the Louisiana Board of Realtors; member and past board member of Bayou DeSiard Country Club; past chairman of the Professional Division and Major Donor’s Division of the United Way of Northeast Louisiana; past president of the Ouachita Chapter of the LSU Alumni Association; past board member of the Louisiana Land Title Association; past member of the Bank Counsel Committee of the Louisiana Banker’s Association; and Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. Mr. Price was recently recognized for 40 years of legal service by the Fourth District Bar Association and awarded an AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale Hubbell.

He and his wife, Cindy, are active members of St. Mathew’s Catholic Church, have four children and 12 grandchildren.

Amy E. Price

Amy E. Price was born in Monroe, Louisiana on June 26, 1979. She currently resides in Monroe with her husband, Mr. Brian Boatright, and her two children, Claire and Will. She is a 1997 graduate of St. Frederick High School. Ms. Price earned a bachelor of arts in Political Science from Louisiana State University in 2001. She graduated Cum Laude from Southern University Law Center in 2009, where she served on the Law Review, earning her Juris Doctorate. Mrs. Price joined North Delta Title Company in February 2011 and was named partner in February 2014. She specializes in residential and commercial real estate transactions, business and succession law.

Before associating with Price & Price Law, LLC and North Delta Title Company, Mrs. Price clerked for the Honorable Laura Prosser Davis of Baton Rouge City Court and the Honorable Annette M. Lassalle of The Family Court of East Baton Rouge Parish. Mrs. Price is a member of the American Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Fourth District Bar Association, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and the Northeast Louisiana Association of Realtors. Mrs. Price is a past Chairman of the Board of the United Way of Northeast Louisiana and currently holds a seat on the Finance Committee.  She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Louisiana Land Title Association and is a member of the Louisiana Law Institute Property Committee. She was recently appointed to the Ouachita Parish Industrial Development Board, where she serves as the Secretary/Treasurer.  She is an active member of Jesus the Good Shepherd Catholic Church where she serves on the Flower Guild.
